What the app protects
Once connected, the app routes system-handled traffic through the VPN tunnel. DNS servers provided by the configuration are also reached through the tunnel.
WireGuardNT uses UDP, Curve25519 and ChaCha20-Poly1305. OpenVPN uses UDP on port 1194 with certificates and tls-crypt-v2. OpenVPN encryption is negotiated with the server, so it is not presented as always using AES-256.
Kill switch and IPv6
The Windows kill switch uses WFP. It applies blocking before connection, then allows only the VPN service and tunnel interface. If the connection fails, traffic remains blocked until you explicitly disconnect.
IPv4 and IPv6 travel through the tunnel when a dual-stack configuration has been validated. Otherwise, IPv6 is blocked while connected to prevent silent fallback. However, stopping the privileged service with administrator rights removes the filters.
Installation and first connection
Three steps are all it takes. The same FuzeVPN account then works on up to 5 devices.

Frequently asked questions
Does the kill switch remain active if I close the window?
The filters remain in place when the graphical interface is closed. An administrator who stops the privileged service removes them.
Which cipher does OpenVPN use?
It is negotiated with the server from the list it provides, for example AES-256-GCM, AES-128-GCM or ChaCha20-Poly1305.
