Operator and scope
FuzeVPN is operated by Steven Jorisse, a French individual entrepreneur, SIREN 109 116 855, at 1 rue Anatole France, 59300 Valenciennes, France, reachable at contact@fuzevpn.com and 07 45 41 73 53.
These terms apply to FuzeVPN accounts, subscriptions and applications. The version displayed before ordering is the version accepted by the customer and remains available on fuzevpn.com.
Age and account
You must be at least 18, have legal capacity to contract, provide accurate information and protect your credentials. An account is personal and must not be assigned or shared beyond authorised devices.
Service provided
FuzeVPN provides a secure VPN connection for up to 5 devices and access to 4 locations. Exact availability, performance and compatibility may vary by device, network, location and third-party service.
A VPN improves transport privacy but does not make a user invisible, prevent every threat or guarantee access to third-party content or services.
Offers, prices and VAT
The monthly offer costs €1 per month. The annual offer costs €10 for twelve months, approximately €0.83 per month. The amount payable, duration and renewal are summarised before payment.
FuzeVPN initially benefits from the French small-business VAT exemption: VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French Tax Code. The displayed price is the amount payable. If the tax treatment changes, the applicable price and taxes will be shown before any new order or contract change.
Order and activation
Orders are placed on app.fuzevpn.com after authentication, email verification, offer selection, country confirmation, acceptance of the terms and payment approval.
The contract is formed when payment is confirmed and the subscription activated. Confirmation and an invoice are supplied on a durable medium. A new payment attempt is only possible once the previous one is resolved, which prevents duplicate charges.
Payment and billing
Card and Google Pay payments are processed directly by SumUp. SumUp collects payment authorisation and FuzeVPN uses an encrypted token to request agreed renewals.
An invoice is issued after each successful payment. The available methods, card and Google Pay, are shown at checkout. The customer must maintain a valid payment method and can stop renewal from the customer area.
Automatic renewal
At checkout, you choose whether to enable automatic renewal. If enabled and not stopped beforehand, the offer renews automatically for one month or one year at the price and taxes announced before the due date. Charging is prepared near that date and the new period begins without shortening the paid period.
Any change to the price or an essential term applying to a future renewal is announced sufficiently in advance. The customer may reject it by stopping renewal before the due date.
Failed payment
If payment fails, access remains available until the end of the paid period, then may be suspended and the subscription marked past due. Attempts may be retried on day 1 and day 3. A successful late payment starts a full new period on its date, without retroactive charging for the suspension.
Stopping, resuming and changing an offer
The “Cancel your contract” function in the customer area stops renewal online. Access remains active until the paid expiry date, with no automatic refund of the remaining period. Renewal may be resumed before that date.
Changing from monthly to annual or annual to monthly charges the new offer immediately, adds its duration after the already-paid expiry date and sets the rhythm of future renewals. No pro-rata adjustment applies.
Withdrawal and 15-day guarantee
Where applicable, the statutory withdrawal right may be exercised within 14 days of the contract. Requesting immediate activation does not automatically remove that right; the legal rules for services already supplied continue to apply. Customers may use the customer area or send an unambiguous statement to contact@fuzevpn.com.
In addition, FuzeVPN fully refunds the first paid order when requested from the customer area within 15 days, once per account, in the European Union, EEA, United Kingdom, Switzerland, United States and Canada. It covers monthly and annual offers, whatever the payment method used.
This commercial guarantee excludes renewals and offer changes and does not replace any mandatory statutory right. A full refund ends the corresponding access immediately and produces a credit note; the amount is credited back to the original payment method. Withdrawal template: “I hereby withdraw from the FuzeVPN contract ordered on [date], in the name of [name], for the account associated with [email], dated [date].”
Acceptable use
FuzeVPN must not be used to break the law, infringe third-party rights, distribute unlawful material, send spam, compromise systems, spread malware, bypass security measures or disrupt the service.
FuzeVPN may restrict or suspend an account in the event of abuse, security risk, legal order or serious breach. Except in an emergency or where prohibited by law, the customer is told the reason and may submit observations.
Availability and liability
The service is provided without a service-level commitment. Interruptions may result from maintenance, incidents, providers, the customer’s network or force majeure. FuzeVPN seeks to restore service and provide information where reasonably possible.
Nothing limits liability where limitation is prohibited, including for personal injury, gross negligence, fraud or statutory guarantees. Otherwise, FuzeVPN is liable for foreseeable direct loss caused by a proven breach, within the limits permitted by applicable law.
Personal data
Processing related to accounts, devices, the VPN and payments is described in the Privacy Policy, together with recipients, retention and rights. The policy is information; acknowledging it is not blanket consent to all processing.
Applicable law, complaints and mediation
The contract is governed by French law without depriving consumers of mandatory protection in their country of residence. First contact contact@fuzevpn.com. A consumer may then use CM2C, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France, https://www.cm2c.net/, free of charge after a prior written complaint remains unresolved.
If no amicable settlement is reached, consumers may use the competent courts under applicable procedural rules. Mediation is optional and does not remove the right to bring proceedings.
